The Animal Health Plan was designed to bring preventive services and ongoing veterinary care together during the membership period. It is an annual plan intended to make regular care simpler and more cost effective.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Benefits depend on the membership class. The clinic can explain current inclusions and terms before you enroll.
Consultations & vaccines
The plan materials list up to two consultations a year, depending on membership class, along with annual or biannual vaccinations.
Head-to-tail checks
Consultations include checks of the ears, eyes and teeth, neurological and cardiovascular assessment, weight, nutrition, skin, abdomen, joints and more.
Selected annual tests
The listed benefits include annual heartworm and fecal tests, and a health-profile blood panel for animals over six, among other age-dependent tests.
Additional benefits
The plan materials also describe nail clipping, anal gland expression and member savings on selected products and services. Ask us for the current schedule of benefits.
